Slovenian Association member only survey

The Slovenian Association was established in 1954, with the current site in Research
officially opened in 1978. Importantly, the club celebrates its 70th Anniversary later this year.

Falling membership and increased operating costs have necessitated a review of the
Association’s purpose and activities. As part of this review, member feedback is critical. We
are therefore requesting for all members to fill in a survey. It should take around 10 minutes
to complete.

There is a member password required to enter and complete the online survey which has
been sent to your mailing address.

Please complete the survey in your preferred language only.

Please note that all responses are anonymous and confidential but if you would like to
discuss the survey, please email the address below and I will arrange for a representative of
the committee to contact you.
